Dr. Farzin Mirzaeeyan - Dental Surgeon
Dr. Farzin is an internationally trained Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, licensed as a General Dentist in Ontario. He obtained his Master Of Dental Surgery in the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery in SDM University - which has a great reputation for its quality education and healthcare facilities.
Dr. Farzin is passionate about surgery and for more than 15 years he has led a Dental Department at a Red Crescent Society Hospital in UAE. He has worked for many years in private setting hospitals performing surgeries in dental chairs & operation theatres.
In 2016 Dr. Farzin decided to immigrate to Canada and has successfully passed all the licensing exams. He further advanced his Canadian certifications by attending Sinus Lift Surgery & Advanced Implantology Courses at University of Toronto. With keeping patient's comfort in mind he has also obtained a license in IV Moderate Sedation from UofT.
As one of his latest achievements Dr. Farzin has obtained a Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasg.)
In his spare time he likes teaching, so he works as a Senior Instructor at Confidentist, helping foreign trained dentists, like himself, to build a successful life in Canada.
Dr. Farzin is married, has 2 very active boys and an equally active Goldendoodle named Bear.
Dr. Nazanin Khajeh Nasiri - Associate Dentist
Dr. Nazanin studied dentistry & got her Masters Degree in Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry in Iran. She moved to Canada in 2011 & attended University of Toronto, graduating in 2016 as a General Dentist.
Dr. Nazanin's education and experience allows her to be very efficient producing a very refined and high quality of work. Aside from regular restorative work, she does veneers & dental lamination.
Dr. Nazanin is a certified Invisalign provider. Since graduating from UofT, Dr. Nazanin has been working across different locations throughout GTA and gained a lot of experience in dealing with patients from different backgrounds. She cares tremendously about her patients' comfort and uses Nitrous Oxide Sedation for kids and adults if necessary. Dr. Nazanin is an animal lover.
She enjoys hiking with her Golden Retriever & also has an 11 years old cat. She enjoys reading and working out in her spare time.
Dr. Siavash Agha Balaei Khordehchi - Associate Dentist
Dr. Siavash is a graduate of Azad Dental University in Tehran, Iran. He has successfully passed his licensing exams in Ontario and has been practicing at various clinics across GTA ever since. Dr. Siavash is a member of RCDSO & ODA. He has more than 7 years of experience in dentistry and he enjoys performing root canal treatments the most. He is proficient in performing root canal treatments on all teeth, including 7's with 4-5 canals or complex root curvature.
Iman Issa - Registered Dental Hygienist
Iman is a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist, committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting lifelong oral health. With a deep understanding of both patient care and education, she focuses on empowering patients to adopt healthy oral habits through education and motivation. What sets Iman apart is her genuine compassion for her patients and her meticulous attention to detail in every treatment. She strives to ensure that each patient feels comfortable, informed, and at ease during their visit, creating a positive and enlightening experience. Iman is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth. She regularly attends courses to enhance her skills and stays current with the latest advancements in dental care.
She is now looking to pursue a career in orthodontic hygiene, with plans to attend specialized courses in the near future.
Outside of work, Iman enjoys reading, and going out with her family. As a true nature and animal lover, she enjoys spending time with her cat.
Iman is a member of the CDHO & ODHA. Iman speaks English & Arabic.
Maria Castellano - Registered Dental Hygienist
Maria began working as a dental assistant and has since advanced her career to Dental Hygiene.
Maria graduated from George Brown College in 2005 as a Dental Hygienist and has been in the field for over 18 years. Over the years she has gained a great deal of experience and knowledge working both as a Clinical Dental Hygienist and Dental Educator at the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene & Auxiliaries.
Maria takes great pride in offering the most advanced treatment and dental care available. Her goal is to educate and inform her patients of their dental needs. Her truly genuine care for her patients and her high attention to details are what sets her apart from other providers.
Maria strongly believes in continuing education and frequently attend dental seminars to enhance her skills and stay on top of the latest treatment options to keep her patients informed and better served.
Merna Hedo - Registered Nurse
Merna is our dedicated Registered Nurse who has been assisting Dr. Farzin with IV sedations for the past two years. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Nursing from the University of New Brunswick in 2021 and has three years of experience in a fast-paced emergency department of a hospital in downtown Toronto. Merna also holds an ACLS license and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Toronto, along with her Nurse Practitioner license, to further her career as a nurse practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and discovering new countries.
Karla Quinonez - Dental Assistant Level II
Karla is a licensed Level II Dental Assistant with a deep passion for dentistry. She is known for her warm smile and welcoming demeanor. Karla enjoys meeting new people and ensuring that every patient feels comfortable during their visit. Karla graduated from Oxford College. She is dedicated to patients, work, and brings her best effort to the clinic every day.
Outside of work, Karla cherishes her beautiful family, which includes two boys and her amazing partner. Their support fuels her determination to pursue her goals and excel in her profession. Her goal is to grow as a dental assistant and continue her education in the dental field.

Daniela is an integral member of our administrative team and is often the first welcoming face patients see when they step into our office. With a friendly smile, she takes pride in interacting with patients and ensuring that all their needs are addressed before they are seated for their appointment.
Daniela's journey in dentistry began in 2017, where she trained as a dental assistant and further pursued a career in dental hygiene. She became a dental hygienist in 2019.
Daniela aspires to become a Registered Dental Hygienist in Ontario and is committed to furthering her studies in dentistry.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening and spending quality time with her family.

In her role as a receptionist, Jane combines her administrative skills with her dental knowledge to provide exceptional patient care. She is known for her warm demeanor and commitment to ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. As she prepares to graduate, Jane looks forward to advancing her career in dentistry, eager to blend her experience and passion to make a lasting difference in the dental community.
